For safety reasons, carriage of certain goods in you baggage is forbidden: MATCHES, LIGHTERS, GAS, PAINTS, FIREWORKS, BLEACH, etc.

Make sure your baggage is safe. In case of doubt, ask the airline.

NOTICE OF LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

DOMESTIC CARRIAGE

1. RULES OF BODILY HARM

In the event of an accident causing injury or death to passengers, the Carrier may exonerate himself wholly or partly from liability if he proves that the damage was caused by, or contributed to, by the negligence of the injured or deceased passenger. Also, the Carrier may exonerate himself wholly of partly from liability if he proves that the Carrier and the Carrier's employees have not been able to avoid the loss or have done everything to prevent the loss, recourse to such exoneration, however, only being permissible as regards damages in excess of the equivalent in currency of 100.000 SDR.

The Carrier is obligated to, without delay and in any event not later than 15 days after the identity of the passenger entitled to compensation has been established, make such advance payments as may be required to meet immediate economic needs on a basis proportional to the hardship suffered, such advance payment, however, in the event of death, never being less than the equivalent in currency of 15.000 SDR per passenger. Such advance payment does not constitute recognition of liability by the Carrier and may be offset against any subsequent sums to be paid on basis of the Carrier's liability and is reimbursable if it is proven that the person who received the advance payment caused, or contributed to, the damage by negligence or was not the person entitled to compensation.

2. RULES OF BAGGAGE LIABILITY

Liability for loss, delay, or damage to baggage is limited as follows unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid:

For checked baggage and carried goods the Carrier's maximum liability is the equivalent in currency of 17 SDR per kg
